Boss TV IPTV FAQ

Answers to the most common questions about plans, setup, payments and support.

No. bosstviptv.shop is its own seller: the plans, prices, order form and support inbox (support@bosstviptv.shop) on this site belong to us alone. bosstv.ca is a different Canadian business with its own servers and reseller panels. We cannot look up, renew or support accounts bought there, so contact them directly for those.
Neither. The Boss TV app on Google Play is a separate free app for public TV clips, and the US services using the Boss IPTV name are unrelated companies focused on Indian channel packages. What you buy here is a Canadian-dollar subscription delivered as an Xtream Codes login or an M3U link, which you open in a player such as IPTV Smarters, TiviMate or GSE Smart IPTV.
One month is CA$35 if you only want to check how streams behave on your own connection. Three months for CA$50 (about CA$16.67 a month) covers a single season of shows or matches. Six months for CA$70 works out to roughly CA$11.67 a month, and twelve months for CA$95 brings it down to about CA$7.92 a month. Every length includes the same service on one screen; only the term changes.
No. You pay once for the term you choose and nothing is billed automatically afterwards. As your end date approaches you decide whether to renew, switch to a longer or shorter term, or simply let the login expire.
Each standard plan allows one stream at a time. You can install the same login on a Fire Stick and a phone, but only one of them can play at once. For two or more simultaneous screens, email support@bosstviptv.shop with the number you need and we will quote multi-connection pricing before you pay.
A compatible device (Fire Stick or Fire TV, Samsung or LG Smart TV, Android or Google TV, Apple TV, iPhone or iPad, MAG or Formuler, or a Windows or Mac computer) and a steady connection: about 10 Mbps for HD and 25 to 30 Mbps for 4K. Ethernet to the TV box helps more than a faster plan. The installation guide walks through each device step by step.
